So

my arm is finally nearly back to normal after i dislocated my shoulder again at Ceremony on saturday. Ive got so co-codamol now which pretty much kills all the pain. My shoulder feels weak as shit though now, need to start doing some physio on it. Think im gonna take some time out at shows now, maybe take some photos or something. Pit or be pitted.
